At Integrity Finishes we know that preparation is critical to the success of the painting project, both initially and over the long haul. In fact, you can expect preparation to take 50 to 75 percent of the time needed to complete the job.

We will inspect the paint itself looking for cracks, chips, peeling and fading and examine the entire house including corners, windows, doors, porches, posts, roof lines and trims. Over time, standing water and constant sun are especially damaging to paint, so any affected areas must be given extra attention. Wherever there are cracks and chips, water already may have begun to penetrate the paint and damage the underlying wood or other material.
